My experience here was quite good overall! I had been dealing with a persistent issue with my brakes for months, and I finally decided to bring my car in. The mechanics took the time to do a thorough inspection and found that it was more serious than I initially thought. What impressed me the most was their transparency; they explained everything in detail, gave me a couple of options, and there was no pressure to upsell me services I didn't need. The turnaround time was reasonable, and I felt the price was competitive for the work done. One minor hiccup was that my car wasn’t ready at the initially promised time. They did keep me updated, and I appreciated the courtesy call, but a bit more accuracy in timing would make it perfect. Still, the quality of work and customer service was commendable. I will be coming back for future maintenance!

I also appreciated the clean waiting area, which had complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi. My only minor concern was that parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but it’s a small price to pay for such great service.
